Sponsorship Opportunities

The Council for the Advancement of Nursing Science is pleased to offer an outstanding opportunity for sponsorship of a national conference, Practice-Based Evidence: Another Side of the Knowledge Development Coin. Join the leaders of nursing science and nursing practice in Washington, D. C. on October 24, 2007 as they explore practical and theoretical considerations of practice-based evidence. By choosing to sponsor this year’s Conference you will be helping close to 300 attendees experience practice-based knowledge development the highest level.

In return for any sponsorship, a sponsoring organization will receive recognition in the on-site program, verbal and visual recognition at the Conference, acknowledgement on the Council web site, a table top area display, and a complimentary registration to the Conference.

Below you will find this year’s sponsorship opportunities:

Conference Luncheon – (4) Individual Opportunities @ $3,000
A plated luncheon will be served as an opportunity to hear the latest news from the National Institute of Nursing Research. Have your organization recognized as the provider of the two-course luncheon with your logo placed on each table and your organization recognized by the luncheon moderator.

Conference Breakfast – (2) Individual Opportunities @ $2,000
As conference attendees meet and socialize over breakfast prior to the conference opening, let them know your organization firmly believes in the importance of eating breakfast. Have your organization visually recognized at the site of the breakfast and acknowledged from the conference podium.

Afternoon Break – (2) Individual Opportunities @ $1,000
Help keep the Conference attendees energized by sponsoring the afternoon break. Let the attendees know that you too understand the calling of an afternoon sweet tooth. Your organization will be both visually and verbally recognized.

Morning Break – (2) Individual Opportunities @ $1,000
Provide that little extra eye opener in the morning that we all need. Let conference attendees know that attending the Conference is the “best part of waking up.” Your organization will be both visually and verbally recognized.

On-site Program – $1,000
One way to receive maximum exposure at this year’s Conference is to sponsor the on-site program. It is a complete guide to the day’s events and is disseminated to all attendees. Not only does your organization’s sponsorship get you verbal recognition, it includes a full-page, four color advertisement on the program’s back cover. (Note: the inside of the program may also contain advertisements from other organizations.)

Conference Pad folio and Pen – $4,000
Close to 300 attendees will receive a full size pad folio and pen to take notes on Conference proceedings. Every time they use it they will see your organization’s logo imprinted on the cover and pen. (Note: the Council logo will join your logo on the pad folio cover.)

Speaker Sponsorship – (12) Individual Opportunities @ $1,000
What is a Conference without the speakers? This year the Conference is bringing the best-of-the-best and your organization can help make it happen. By sponsoring a speaker your organization will receive visual and verbal recognition throughout the Conference.

Sponsorship Letter of Agreement
All sponsors will be required to sign a Letter of Agreement with the Council, outlining sponsorship details.
