To support the development of research collaborations among early career nurse scientists and the Council research community
To offer a formal mechanism for enhanced professional socialization at the early career level
To build and promote relationships among early career nurse scientists
To provide opportunities for early career nurse scientists to develop and refine leadership skills
To facilitate the exchange of peer support among early career nurse scientists
To increase information sharing and career advancement (e.g., funding announcements, award/recognition opportunities, faculty vacancies, and other employment opportunities) among early career nurse scientists
