Advance registration is recommended and must be received by September 26, 2005. After September 26, the Regular/Onsite registration fees will apply to all registrants. Phone reservations will not be accepted and full payment must accompany all registrations. Registration forms must arrive at the CANS office by September 26 to qualify for advance registration rates.

*Letters confirming registration/receipts will be sent to all participants who register by September 26.

One Day Fees There are NO One day Fees available for this meeting.

Cancellations
Registrations that are canceled up to one week before the meeting (Monday, October 3) will be refunded minus a $75.00 processing fee. Cancellations received with less than one week’s notice will be refunded minus a $150 fee. There will be no refunds given for no-shows. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to CANS.
